Both clinicians for the remote appointments took the time to listen to us, question us where necessary and didn’t cut the appointment short just because the allocated time was up. They also answered any questions we had about the process and what would happen next, as well as any information we might require. All in all the process was smooth, professionally managed and positive throughout.

Everyone involved actually seemed interested in [my child] as an individual not just another group of symptoms.

The clinicians were very friendly and welcoming. They listened well and were very professional with their knowledge and advice.
