[My child] was extremely nervous throughout the whole process but was put at ease by all of the clinicians involved. We all felt very supported and listened to.

Everyone involved has treated us all with respect throughout the whole assessment, from the admin team down to each clinician we met with, we felt heard and supported through what can be a very vulnerable experience.

Feeling supported and listened to.
