Dr Lisa Blatchford

Clinical Psychologist

Remote Worker

Dr Blatchford is a clinical psychologist who developed an interest in the mental health of young people with ASD during her professional training. Since then, she has completed additional courses in assessing both neurodevelopment and neuropsychology, strengthening her understanding of how the brain interacts with cognitive, emotional and behavioural functioning.

Her studies continue, with her currently completing a postgraduate diploma in paediatric neuropsychology. Alongside this, Dr Blatchford works on our ASD diagnostic pathway, administering the ADI-R (clinical interview) and delivering the outcome of the multidisciplinary assessment to patients. She continues to work in the NHS in a specialist team for children, with her role covering therapy through to neuroaffirmative training for staff.
