I was recommended to see Dr. Williams after really struggling to understand why relationships presented such a problem to me and indeed whilst I very much wanted to settle down, a series of failed relationships made me question that something was fundamentally wrong with me. Being professionally and financially successful was no help to me solving my problems.

There was no need to be apprehensive of the consultation and process and virtually straightaway Dr. Williams,  from her attentive listening and sometimes asking questions which challenged me, was able to shed light on past issues which were having an adverse effect on my confidence and ability to settle into any relationship for very long.

I can only say that the relief of understanding the real issues which I had been avoiding was immense and I can only attribute this to the singlehanded skill of Dr. Williams who enabled me to have the huge satisfaction of discovering for myself what the problem had been for over two decades and then enabled me to move through to a lasting personal solution which I shall be eternally grateful to her for.

Adult after Psychological Assessment

I was lucky enough to be referred to Lisa by a family member.  I had concerns about my child and whether he was displaying signs of autism or not.  As a teacher myself, I wanted to fast track any diagnosis so that he would be able to get the correct support upon starting pre-school and then into his education.  Despite being in lockdown, I had wonderful service from the team.  My initial contact was via telephone where I was asked to talk about my child and answer many questions so that Lisa could begin to form a picture.  I was then invited to come to their offices once lockdown was relaxed.  Lisa was immediately welcoming and put me at ease and she had the most amazing manner with my little boy, who was not particularly interested to start with!  Her hard work paid off and my son began interacting with her while I watched.  The atmosphere felt very relaxed and fun but remained professional throughout.  After the session, I was given some verbal feedback which was later followed up in writing.  I would not hesitate in recommending Lisa and indeed, have already done so to a friend who was asking for support.  Thanks for making this possible!
